How Digimart earns
Revenue share
Subscribers are charged for the service they take, and that sum is divided between you and Grameenphone at an agreed ratio. You only pay when you earn.
Taxes and statutory charges
Deducted first
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and government charges. These are deducted before your revenue share is settled.
Revenue share
Where each taka goes
Your customer is charged for the service they take. That sum is divided between you and Grameenphone on an agreed revenue ratio.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Customer is charged | The amount comes off their Grameenphone mobile balance. |
| 2. Taxes come out | All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and government charges. These are deducted before settlement. |
| 3. The rest is split | Divided between you and Grameenphone at the agreed ratio for your service. |
| 4. Your share is settled | hSenid Mobile Solutions settles the developer revenue share after statutory costs. |
Choosing a price
The band is not your real limit
You can charge up to ৳600 in one transaction. In practice your ceiling is lower: it is however much credit your customers actually keep on their phones.
Insufficient balance is the most common reason a charge fails in production. A ৳50 charge that succeeds is worth more than a ৳500 charge that gets declined, so if you are pricing near the top of the band, offer a smaller tier alongside it.
FAQ
Questions people ask first
Do I need to be a registered company to join?
You can create a developer account and build in sandbox straight away. Commercial launch involves an agreement with hSenid Mobile Solutions and the usual verification of your legal documents, contact support@digimart.store to start that conversation.
Which operator's customers can I charge?
Digimart exposes Grameenphone assets, so you charge Grameenphone subscribers' mobile accounts.
I'm not a developer. Can I still use this?
Yes, and the pages marked Everyone are written for you. You can understand the business model, the pricing and the approval process without writing a line of code, then hand the Developer pages to whoever builds your app.
What is the largest amount I can charge at once?
৳600 for a one-time charge, with a minimum of ৳1.
How long does app approval take?
Your app is reviewed by a Digimart administrator after you submit it. Approval time depends on the completeness of your submission, the go-live checklist covers what reviewers look for. Email support@digimart.store for a status update.
How fast must I respond to a customer complaint?
Within 24 hours. This is a binding term of the developer agreement, not a suggestion.
