Terms & Conditions for Developers
Service provision responsibility
The Developer must provide products reliably and in line with industry standards. Where a service fails due to the Developer's negligence, deductions apply to the Developer's revenue.Third-party legal authorisation
The Developer shall be responsible and liable for sourcing third-party services legally, and must produce authorisation documentation upon request. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination.Document authenticity
The Developer is solely liable for any fabricated or unauthentic legal documents. hSenid reserves the right to terminate the arrangement where falsification occurs.Software development responsibility
Unless mutually agreed otherwise, the Developer bears full responsibility and expense for all software development, procurement, installation, operation, maintenance, testing and support.Customer contact restriction
The Developer shall not approach any Customer for any reason whatsoever, whether directly or indirectly, without the express written consent of hSenid.Customer response obligation
The Developer shall respond to all queries and claims made by any Customer within 24 hours.Security maintenance
The Developer must secure all links between themselves and hSenid, protecting against unauthorised third-party access.Content quality standards
The Developer shall ensure that no unsolicited material is sent through hSenid. hSenid disclaims liability for products provided by the Developer.Prohibited content
The Developer may not distribute content which is immoral, obscene, scandalous, detrimental, prejudicial and/or injurious to the values, culture and/or sentiments of Bangladesh or of any group.Suspension rights
hSenid may immediately suspend a product where its activities threaten hSenid's reputation, violate applicable law or a regulatory directive, or breach these obligations.Developer indemnification
The Developer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless hSenid and Grameenphone from claims arising from the Developer's negligence, acts or omissions related to the agreement.Intellectual property indemnification
The Developer must defend hSenid against third-party claims involving intellectual property misuse, infringement, or regulatory non-compliance related to their products.
Marketing Guidelines
Logo prohibition
Use of the hSenid logo in marketing materials is strictly prohibited.Name usage
The hSenid name should be used in standard font, non-bold, and only when mentioning that a service is available for hSenid customers.Organisational logos
Corporate, nonprofit or other organisational logos are prohibited unless they belong to the Developer.Malicious use restriction
Developers must refrain from using organisational details for negative publicity or otherwise harmful purposes.Prohibited content categories
Marketing may not include adult content, or political, religious, racially charged or gambling material.Defamatory content
Legal action applies to content that is defamatory to the hSenid brand.Marketing approval
All marketing material must be sent to support@digimart.store for approval before it is published.Government compliance
Developers must comply with Bangladesh government regulations and the rules of the telecommunication authority.
Revenue Share Settlement
Settlement is at hSenid's determination
The Developer revenue share remains hSenid's decision after deducting regulatory taxes and statutory costs.Prices are tax-inclusive
All prices include applicable taxes and government charges. These are deducted before revenue settlement.
