What is Digimart?
The idea in plain language: charge Grameenphone users from inside your app.

Digimart is a platform that lets an app take money from a Grameenphone customer's mobile balance, the same balance they use for calls and data.
It is run by hSenid Mobile Solutions, and it exists to open Grameenphone's telco assets to developers in Bangladesh so they can build services people will pay for.
The problem it solves
Suppose you build a good app. You want to charge ৳30 for something inside it. In most of the world you would add a card payment and move on.
In Bangladesh that closes the door on most of your potential customers. Many people have never held a credit card. But almost everyone has a phone with credit on it, they recharge it every week.
Digimart turns that balance into a payment method. Your customer pays with money that is already on their phone, and never has to open a bank account or type a card number.
What a payment looks like
From your customer's point of view, the whole thing takes about twenty seconds:
- They tap a Buy or Subscribe button in your app.
- A Digimart screen appears, showing what they are about to be charged.
- They receive a one-time password by SMS and type it in.
- The amount comes off their mobile balance, and they land back in your app.

What you can charge for
There are exactly two ways to take money, and you choose based on whether the charge repeats:
Subscription charging
The customer agrees once, and is charged on a repeating cycle until they stop. Good for anything sold daily & monthly.
One-time charging
A single charge of a specific amount, between ৳1 and ৳600. Good for one purchase, one ticket, one unlock.

What it costs you
Nothing up front. There is no signup fee, no monthly platform fee, and no charge for building and testing. Digimart earns by taking an agreed share of what your customers are charged, so it only earns when you do.

Who can join
Anyone can create a developer account and start building today. Going live commercially involves an agreement with hSenid Mobile Solutions and verification of your legal documents, write to support@digimart.store to start that conversation.
